God Bless Uncle Sam...Walton

We've done it. We've survived. We've passed...barely. (As some would say, we got an F-plus) Just what is this momentus occasion you ask? We've all survived a night in an RV together, and let me tell you folks, that was no simple task. Let me first explain the specifications of this motorhome. It "sleeps 8." However, in RV terms, that includes 2 adults and 6 children. Of our sleeping arrangments we get two in the bedroom, two up top, one on each of the sofas, leaving one man to fend for himself on the ground. Sound like there's a short straw? HA! That's where they getcha. The guy on the floor actually experienced the most restful night of all of us. But whatever, we survived.

You may notice that in the above picture has Fire Crotch is standing in front of a Wal-Mart. This is where we parked our little caravan for the evening, and I can't think of a bigger godsend. Wal-Mart Supercenters are open 24 hours which meant we had fully stocked bathrooms and supplies at any time we wanted. However, it also meant we had to deal with the traffic that a 24-hour store attracts. The combination of constant car noises, honking, two car alarms, a semi idling throughout the night and the god-forsaken street sweeper we didn't get much sleep. The Bear Brothers snored the night away to everyone elses dismay, but like I said, at least we survived. Here are some more photos of the morning after.
